HERBAL ESSENCES_Herbal Dubs
Herbal Dubs is Mad Libs meets Bad Lip Reading. It's a website where girls dubbed over an Herbal Essences commercial with funny robot voices. The broadcast spot centered around four friends having a "real girl" conversation. So we made a tool where users could record over the spot with their own imagined conversations by using text-to-speech technology. The users typed little quips for each character and the conversations were read by robo-voices over the footage. The site is down but these little videos will live forever in my heart and website?
These are a few of the promotional videos we made using the tool itself. We seeded them across social to promote the website and build the anticipation of Herbal’s 17 social followers.
